ALKBH4 Antibody

The ALKBH4 antibody is a highly specific antibody designed to detect ALKBH4 (AlkB Homolog 4), a member of the Fe(II)/α-ketoglutarate-dependent dioxygenase family. Unlike other AlkB homologs involved in nucleic acid repair, ALKBH4 plays a key role in actin cytoskeleton regulation by demethylating actin-associated proteins, thus influencing cell motility and cytokinesis.
